Cancellation Policy

For Members

A $15 fee will apply to late cancellations and no-shows. If a fee applies, the credit card on file will be charged automatically for members who pay by credit card. All others will receive a $15 payment request via Zelle or Venmo.

• For morning classes starting at 10:00 AM or earlier:
  Please cancel by 9:00 PM the night before to avoid the fee.

• For 12:30 PM and evening classes:
  Please cancel at least 4 hours before class to avoid the fee.

For Drop-In Sessions

Drop-in sessions are non-refundable for late cancellations and no-shows. To receive a refund, cancellations must be made within the cancellation windows outlined above.
