The Circuit: Get ready for a full-body boost and an energizing challenge! This circuit-format class rotates through power, strength, and cardio drills to keep your body guessing and your energy high. With equipment like TRX, BOSU, barbells, and boxes, you’ll target every muscle from new angles.
No Sweat: Our signature strength class where we target total body exercises including lateral movements, core, glutes, arms and those sneaky muscles that are difficult to find in every day life. You will leave feeling worked and refreshed yet not too sweaty so you can continue on with your day. Designed to fit into your busy schedule, class is under 40 minutes.
Sculpt: a non-impact, full-body workout featuring dynamic sequences, light weights, and high-intensity intervals. Build strength, tone muscle, and challenge yourself in a joint-friendly format that pairs perfectly with Circuit and No Sweat classes.
The Fit Club: Drop in to The Fit Co during this 45 minute Fit Club window and work out on your own schedule. Move through our weekly Circuit moves or design your own workout using our range of equipment. It's your time, at your pace.
Balance it Out: Boost your overall wellness with this low-impact, yet powerful class designed to improve balance, stability, and core by using bodyweight strength and dynamic movement. Great for all fitness levels, this session will leave you feeling stronger and steadier, empowering you to move through life with greater confidence and ease.
Vinyasa Flow: Our founder's favorite form of yoga which is a unique combination of flow, movement, stretch and mind body connection. It is a perfect way to work the body in conjunction with our signature No Sweat and HIIT classes. All levels welcome as we will move in connection with our breath.
Fit It In Yoga: Ideal for the beginner or experienced yogi, these include traditional poses as well as restorative practices. Taking the time to get into a pose slowly and relaxing into props allows the body to soften fully and the mind to quiet so that deeper healing can take place.
Mat Pilates: Focused on the traditional approach of Joseph Pilates himself. You will leave feeling realigned, fantastic, and an inch taller
The Live Stream Fitness Class
The Fit Co offers an engaging and high-energy workout experience in a virtual group setting. Designed to deliver the intensity and community feel of an in-person class, it’s perfect for those looking for a convenient yet challenging workout. We finish in just over 30 minutes, ideal for the busy individual who is trying to squeeze a workout in before work/after kids go to school/or in between weekend activities.
