FitFuel

FitFuel is a bespoke program designed to provide clients with the personalized coaching they need to fuel their well-being, whether through nutritional guidance, fitness training support, or a blend of both. Following an initial assessment, you will receive a comprehensive 6 or 12-week plan tailored to your specific goals. The program includes weekly check-ins via phone or email, based on your preference, to ensure ongoing support and progress.

THE FIT CO MENOPAUSE TRAINING PLATFORM

Thanks to the more recent attention on the topic of menopause and beyond, we now have a better understanding of the changes our bodies naturally go through and how nutrition, exercise, lifestyle, and recovery may contribute to help ameliorate the changes that occur as hormones shift.

At The Fit Co we are offering these three plans (pricing varies):

-initial 90 minute consult to administer a strength test, to determine your current fitness level, your mission statement, and your goals. You will leave with this plus a 12 week strength training plan and nutritional guidance

-initial 90 minute assessment including the above, weekly phone calls for the 12 week duration of the strength training plan and nutritional guidance

- DIY: an outline of the mission statement, strength assessment, 12 week strength plan, and documents for nutritional guidance .

Every week, you’ll have the opportunity to check in with our instructor via phone or email.  These sessions are crucial for discussing progress, addressing challenges, and making any necessary adjustments to your plan.
